Christmas Tree Online Delivery Policy

Using our delivery service, we aim to deliver the tree within 5 days after the order has been received. Deliveries take place 7 days a week. You will be notified by email or mobile with a 12-hour delivery timeframe.  Our delivery team should contact you in the event that you are not in to receive the delivery and should ask you where you want your Christmas Tree to be left.  All our delivery teams are instructed to leave your Christmas Tree in a safe place e.g. side of house or on the drive. The delivery team will record where they have delivered the tree in the safe place by taking a photo. However, goods are left at your own risk and we cannot take responsibility for and damage or loss of goods.

Christmas Tree stands are delivered with your Christmas Tree.

We do not offer Christmas Tree installation services and only deliver kerb-side.
