Christmas Tree Online Returns Policy
In accordance with the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations (The cancelation right the Consumer Protection (Distance selling) regulations 2000); we cannot accept cancelations or returns for perishable goods unless they are deemed faulty. Trees are freshly cut to order and therefore are perishable goods. As live goods such as trees can vary in size and shape, we will work closely with the customer in any cancelation/return claim if there is a view that the delivered goods might be deemed ‘faulty’ from the recipient to determine our stance on the claim.
Please note that we are unable to issue refunds, unless the tree is damaged, we will endeavour to replace the tree free of charge within a reasonable timeframe.
